There were several phone interviews because everyone was located remotely. The last and final interview was scheduled for the next morning. I was emailed the evening before, asking if I could be at their office at 6 a.m. for the interview. While 6 a.m. was acceptable, the request to travel out of town, 100 miles away, with only one evening's notice was challenging.

They were really thorough in finding the right person. Lots of questions. It took longer than a normal interview. The interviewer seemed a bit tough, but I think they were just trying to see if I understood what it would be like to work for them.
