I first met them at the university career fair and then had an interview there the next day. About a month later, I was invited back for an on-site interview. This involved a programming test with really specific questions about languages they don't actually use, which they actually expect you to fail (everyone does). They also asked me to answer two out of three abstract programming questions, and I also had to talk with several managers and team leads.

A recruiter from HR reached out to me. We had a phone chat to go over my background and to get my resume. An interview was set up pretty quickly, within a day or two. I then had an in-person interview with two senior folks, and it lasted about an hour.
