Behavioral Technical

I interviewed with two people for a 3-month contract role. They seemed unsure about what they were looking for, with one asking technical questions and the other customer service questions. It was a bit weird because one interviewer asked if I'd prefer a permanent role, even though they didn't have any open.

I was contacted online, I replied, then chatted with HR. After that, I had a phone chat with the hiring manager to see if we were a good fit for the role. Finally, I went to the office for an in-person meeting with management and HR.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process involves two phone call interviews. The first is a screen, and the second is the first interview. After that, you'll come in for a long interview with your team and the people you'll be talking with a lot.

Behavioral Case

Interviewed with HR Mgr and CFO. HR conducted 90% of the interview, which seemed odd. Questions were all focused on ROI. They were looking for examples and outcomes. Revenue generation was definitely the only focus with this role. Felt like they wanted an inbox/outbox employee.
