First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Comfort Suites.
Front Desk Receptionist
The interview process was pretty straightforward. One of the owners seemed really interested and, being a young adult, was very understanding. He motivated me to be unique and noticeable.
- Can you introduce yourself and highlight your contributions to the company?
- What value will you add to our company?
Sales Manager
The interview was pretty chill, the guy interviewing me was laid back. He didn't ask a ton of questions, mostly focused on how much revenue I could generate for him. He wasn't super clear with me, didn't have me sign any employment agreement or give me a solid offer. Didn't even check my transcript or diploma or anything. I'd say this place is good for folks looking to get customer service experience but just know there's no real personal growth or career development here.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What are your revenue expectations for your first quarter on the job?
Front Desk
The hiring manager was late and seemed disorganized. During the interview, she asked about my nationality and expressed a preference not to hire someone from India. This was quite unprofessional.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What is your educational background?
- Could you share your nationality?
Front Desk Agent
I applied online. I got an email and scheduled a phone interview. The interviewer forgot about the appointment so I had to call first to check in. She apologized and proceeded with the interview right away. Overall, she was friendly and informative.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to manage a challenging guest?
