I showed up early for my interview. The interviewer mentioned she was hesitant to hire me because the pay wasn't great, and she worried I'd leave the job. She concluded by saying she was impressed and would move forward, promising texts and emails about the next steps that day. I never heard from them again. Although I thought it went well at first, I felt the ending was unprofessional and unnecessary.

The interview was really nice. They asked some basic questions about my past experience and my general personality and capabilities. Then there were a lot of questions about hypothetical situations to see how I would handle the job. The interviewer was very pleasant and kind. They mentioned that prior experience isn't necessary; being a caring and competent individual is sufficient.
