First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Comfort Inn and Suites.
Front Desk Breakfast Attendant
I had an in-person interview at the hotel lobby where we talked about my qualifications and if I could do the job tasks. They called me back that same day and told me I got the job.
- Have you worked with food before?
Front Desk Agent
I had to travel a long way for the interview. The interviewer mentioned they preferred candidates who lived closer to the job location. It felt like a waste of my time since they already had that preference.
- What is your current location of residence?
Assistant Manager
The interview was very personal and straightforward. They basically wanted to make sure I would be able to overwork myself just to be in that position. I declined the offer because it was not worth it.
- What motivated you to seek employment in the hotel industry?
General Manager
It was a quick process, mostly about giving me an overview of the property and a tour. I also got a folder with vendor information and a list of numbers to update contact details.
- Are you going to accept the offer?
