We kicked things off with a chat with HR to see if you'd be a good fit, asking stuff like 'Why Comerica?' and throwing in some financial statement questions, plus a few behavioral ones. If you made it through that, you'd head to a Superday with three interviews. Two of these are all about seeing if you fit in, if you're motivated, and how you communicate. The last one's a technical deep dive into basic accounting, the main financial statements, and how lending works.

It also included some basic technical and behavioral questions. The second interview went deeper into more complex behavioral and technical questions.

The hiring process was really smooth. About a week after I applied, HR called me for a phone screen. It was a basic screening with standard interview questions. That same week, I had an in-person interview with the branch manager. I started working and training at the branch within two weeks. HR was really communicative all the way through.
