I went through a pretty standard interview process for a PPC Specialist position. It was all pretty smooth sailing, and they really zeroed in on my background with managing campaigns, my strategies for keywords, and how I optimize things. The interviewers came across as really professional and like they knew their stuff.

I was given an assignment to complete within a week, and they assured me I'd get feedback even if my code wasn't up to par. However, that didn't happen. After I submitted it, I was told they were going with another candidate and got no feedback. I get that they need to find the right person, but the lack of communication and feedback was a bummer. Companies should really give constructive criticism to candidates no matter what, to help them get better. I hope ComeOn Group will be more upfront and communicative in their hiring process from now on to make it a good experience for everyone.

I had two interviews for the position. In the second one, which was online, I had a QA session with two senior employees. One was a product developer who had been with the company for about 3.5 months, so I assume she really embodied the company spirit. The other person had camera issues, so we couldn't see him, and he had to leave after about 40 minutes for a doctor's appointment. Overall, I thought it was a fair interview.
