First, I had a phone screen with a campus recruiter. She asked me to choose between two roles to continue with. After I chose, she connected me to my direct manager. Then, I met with my direct manager. We talked about my past experiences, my career goals, and what I hoped to learn as an intern. Finally, I met with a secondary manager. We reviewed my resume and chatted about shows we liked and our interests outside of work.

I applied online and heard back within about a week. I replied to the email I got and was assigned to the CC department. Another week later, my college recruiter got in touch and scheduled an in-person interview. I met with someone there who was incredibly nice. It was very casual. We had a nice interview. The questions were very easy. I heard back a week after that in-person interview. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I just don't think I was what they were looking for.
