First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ComDoc.
Account Manager
Had a great first interview with great people. Even though I had some hiccups from my background, they still offered me the position. They told me to put in my two weeks notice and gave me a start date. After I did that, they called me the next week and said they couldn’t hire me. I quit a great career I already had, and now I’m jobless and they don’t care. Tread carefully.
- Can you describe a challenge you faced and how you overcame it?
Account Manager
It was a long process. The staff were friendly, caring, and enthusiastic. It seems like a great place to work. The final interview involved a presentation. You should research the company and focus your presentation on the specific needs they ask about, avoiding unnecessary feature dropping.
- What is motivating your job search?
Account Manager
First phone interview with HR in Akron. Then face to face with local HR. Then F2F with trainer, then interview with branch and team manager. They have you go on a ride day and then have two more meetings with you. The process is long and they usually have made up their mind after the 2nd interview.
