The interview had 2 rounds, conducted over Zoom, with my direct supervisor. Both interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to. They were happy to answer my questions and seemed really interested in getting to know me.

The company was responsive and open. I interviewed with the Talent representative. I was a direct fit as I am coming from a similar position and responsibilities at a private company. However the salary range was FAR below market for this role and geography. Not sure how they would ever fill this opening.

I went through two interviews with CJP. The first was a phone screen that was about 30 minutes long. Then, I had an in-person interview at CJP's main office. I met with the team and HR, and they asked for a CORI and talked about the salary range. Both interviews were great chances to talk to CJP employees and get a feel for the company culture. I did get an offer, but I didn't take it because I found another opportunity somewhere else.

The HR team was really nice and knew their stuff. The Head of Development made the interview feel like a normal chat, which helped me relax. It felt like a good space to ask questions, and I felt like I got straight answers.
