first HR will contact you to schedule a phone interview with the HR. If you pass that then there will be a second round with both HR and the hiring manager.

It was a long and confusing process. The first part involved an individual presentation with a surprise question and a group activity. For the second stage, we had to prepare a personal presentation for a panel of managers, but most of them didn't show up. After the presentation, the HR people in charge asked us which areas we wanted to be directed to, even though we were never told which areas had openings. Still in the second stage, after the 3 managers present left, there was another group activity with the same HR staff who ran the first one (this second activity seemed to have no impact since the resumes had already been sorted). Some candidates had their interview for the specific role on the same day with the managers who were there, while others were told to come back another day for feedback. The interview for the role I was directed to was with 3 managers, who explained the job duties and requested that most of the interview be conducted in English. Although they said they would be in touch, I never received feedback on the selection process.

They called me in for an interview shortly after. It was a group interview with 12 other candidates. We introduced ourselves, then there was a company presentation, followed by some general questions about our personalities and motivations. We also completed a logical test and a technical test, both on paper. Finally, we had a group exercise to see how we work in a team. I had to wait a month for their call back.

It was a group interview. The Hiring Manager was really engaged but the HR person was not, she was distracted by her phone. The Senior Manager was very engaged and helpful. The second interview was another panel interview and the interviewees seemed to be there out of obligation rather than actual company interest.
