They ask you to fill out an online form first. If they like you, you get invited to a telecommunications knowledge test. This test takes 30 minutes and is mostly about LTE and UMTS systems. You need to know a lot, and it might be tough if you're in regular computer science and haven't taken telecom classes. After that, you have an interview with the manager.
