First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Comair.
Customer Service Agent
The interviewer was really chill and easy to talk to. She was upfront about the job's potential hazards and all the ways you could mess up and get fired, but she also talked about how great the work environment is, the team vibe, and the travel perks. She made me feel comfortable enough to be myself, so she could really see what kind of employee I'd be. Honestly, it was one of the best interviews I've ever had.
- Can you share an instance of a past work failure and how you managed it?
E-learning Designer
It was a really quick process. I got offered the job right after just one interview with the hiring manager and a supervisor. And then three months down the line, I got a promotion and a raise.
- What would you do in the event of an airplane crash?
Flight Attendant
This was the best interview process I've experienced with any company, honestly.
- What makes you want to work for our airline specifically, compared to others?
Base Manager
It was a small process, just a phone call with HR, then a panel of three people at the company HQ. It felt pretty relaxed compared to other airlines companies.
- Nothing too challenging or unusual was asked.
