Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process spanned three months and included three interview rounds: an initial phone interview, a panel interview with faculty members, and a final panel interview with senior leadership. While the interviews themselves weren't overly challenging, the lack of personal interaction made the experience feel quite rigid and robotic, though the senior leadership team did show a bit more personality. The questions were presented in a straightforward Q&A format. The primary downside was the excessively long duration of the hiring process, with three months being an unreasonable amount of time.

The interview process began with a phone screening. Following that, I had an interview with the recruiter and the supervisor of the benefits department. The final stage involved another interview with a different recruiter, the supervisor, and the head of HR. I was told I'd be notified about their decision, but after three months of interviewing and several follow-up emails to the second recruiter, I haven't received a response, so I assume I'm not being considered anymore.

First, there was an interview with the Hiring Manager for the whole program. After that, a group meeting happened with the manager, associates, and an HR rep, involving some questions and conversation. If you get past that, they'll call and email you about whether they decided to hire you.
