first i spoke with someone from hr for an initial screening. then had video call with two members of the data analytics team, they asked about my resume, past experiences, and asked conceptual technical questions. they asked a lot of follow-up questions on the technical details of my past experiences. they didn't give much of a response to my answers.

The interview for the contract role was a single interview, but it was split into two parts. First, I met with the new Purchasing Manager and the pretty new GM. The second part was with the panel of Buyers. But, when I interviewed for the permanent full-time position, the interview process was lengthy and didn't feel complete. I interviewed with my manager (Purchasing Mgr) and the HR Director at the same time.

The hiring process was really fast, and they kept me updated on what was happening next. During the in-person interview, I got to chat with four different people from various teams and levels in the company. Everyone was super friendly and easy to talk to. By the end of my interview, I felt like I had a solid understanding of CMCO and the role. I heard back within a few days, and the whole thing took about 2-3 weeks from start to finish.
