My interview with the talent acquisition partner was good. She was nice and answered some questions about the company and the role. She asked about my general fit, saving the technical questions for the next round with the team lead. What happened next was not great. I was told I'd hear back in 2 days about advancing, and that I could call her. I heard nothing for two weeks, and she didn't pick up her phone. After I emailed for feedback two weeks later, I got a generic system rejection email. It's disappointing this is the norm. It immediately makes you feel like the company doesn't care about applicants, even those they interviewed.

The hiring journey kicked off with an online application. Then, I had a phone call for the first contact. After that, there were three meetings with different managers. I also had to take a cognitive ability test and complete a sample exercise. Communication continued via phone calls and emails. The entire process took about three weeks. Overall, it was a pretty good and easy experience, although there were a couple of hiccups.
