Bank Teller
I was called in for an interview. It was a 2 on 1 interview. They were really nice and welcoming. They gave me money to show how well I could do some of the job.
- What is your reason for choosing CB&T?
Teller
I applied online and about a week later, I was asked to do an additional online application and an assessment. About another week after that, I was contacted for an interview. Now I'm waiting to hear if I'll get an offer or if they chose someone else.
- In five years, where do you envision yourself?
- Which kind of people do you find easiest to collaborate with, and which kind do you find most challenging?
Teller
First, I had an online assessment to check my basic cash handling knowledge and customer service skills. After passing that, I got a call for an interview with the Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, and Head Teller. The interview itself had typical questions and took about 20-30 minutes. They offered me the job right after.
- Can you share an instance where you faced a challenging situation and explain your approach to resolving it?
