I applied online and then got an email the next day from an HR person suggesting I apply for a different job that was a better fit for my background. They invited me for an interview the following week. The interview was pretty laid back. The interviewer mostly talked about the job duties and responsibilities; they didn't ask many questions.

It was a great, friendly experience. I was interviewed by 3 people: the Division Director, the Program Director, and the previous Administrative Assistant. They each explained their role, how my job would interact with theirs, their goals, what was missing from the position, and their plans. The interview was very informative.
