The interview process was really unclear and I felt like there was no certainty about anything. I didn't know when to expect contact or how things were moving along. At a few points, I got conflicting information from the staff and employers. The questions themselves were okay and relevant, but the process is what I really disliked. I went through 3 interviews and talked to 4 different people, and then they just ghosted me in the end.

I was contacted by the hiring manager for a phone interview. Then there was 1 interview with the administrator, 1 with the Directors, 1 with the Deans and 1 with HR. This was definitely the most lengthy interview process I have ever done!

The interview process was very thorough but not tedious. I had two interviews and after that met the team. Once hired I was given necessary documentation almost immediately and was able to work within 3 weeks.
