It was a communicative and relaxed interview, where they were open to questions. It wasn't strict and was very informative, with everything explained well. The interview was conducted via Skype with camera and mic. Just be relaxed and revise some basics before it.

I went through several interviews, and they told me the offer was ready and they were sorting out the budget to match what I wanted. I even met with a main partner which made me think we were already past the evaluation part. Because of these promises, I stopped looking and said no to two other offers. Then, a week later, I just got a normal rejection with no reason. After all the time I put in, and since we talked about moving, this felt really unclear and like they didn't care. If you like clear talking, knowing when things will happen, and if they respect your time, be careful.
