Behavioral

I had a 2 round interview process. The first round was with HR and was behavioral. The second round was with the manager and also behavioral, focusing on my past projects. They also gave me a tour of the office. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back after the second round.

Behavioral Technical

I applied and a few days later they reached out to schedule a phone interview. The HR person was supposed to call me at a set time, but never did. A few days after that, I called the bank to check on the status, and the HR person answered. She explained she forgot to put the appointment in her system and that there was some issue with HQ. She did the phone interview right then and there. She said she'd pass it along to the hiring manager and I should hear back within the week. I never heard back, so I looked her up on LinkedIn, connected, and sent a message to express my continued interest, thank her, and ask for an update. It's been two weeks with no response, so I'm assuming I didn't get the position. It's a bummer because I really thought I was a good fit for the role and the program.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I had lunch with the district manager when I was in town. The pre-interview helped me understand what the branch needed and their direction. Then, I had an in-person interview with the district manager, regional manager, and regional sales and service officer. I had to write a business plan in two days. The interview was supposed to be 30 minutes but lasted three hours. I got a response within two weeks, but it was a no.
