It began with a call from the recruiter, then I spoke with the manager and a team member. They seemed nice and said they could train me on anything I didn't know. The team sounds like a great group to work with.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process was lengthy and slow, with poor communication and unclear expectations about the role. I first spoke with a recruiter, then the CTO, and was later asked to meet with a peer for a culture assessment. Finally, I had an interview with another Delivery Director.

The process was straightforward, consisting of three main stages. It started with a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by a call with a VP. The final stage was an onsite interview. A technical screening was part of one of the calls. Everyone was helpful and provided good information. After receiving an offer, my background was checked, and I also underwent a drug screen. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

The interview process was great and I love my job! I first spoke with the recruiter and then with the manager. Phone and video interviews. Both were very knowledgeable about the job and company and I got an offer within a few days of the final interview. What can I say, a million thanks won't be enough!
