First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Colossal Biosciences.
Computational Biologist
I went through a phone screening first, and then a panel screening. It was pretty standard. The HR person knew their stuff, and the panel screening had a few team members. I heard back in less than a week between the interviews.
- Can you tell me about your experience working with multi-omic datasets?
Research Associate
The interview process was pretty straightforward and easy to follow. It involved three main stages: an initial HR screening, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager, and finally, interviews with the team. The questions asked were direct. Technical interview questions were purely based on your prior experiences. The company has a really great mission.
- How do you approach teamwork?
Intern
The interview process was pretty simple. I got an email, went in, and then had a technical chat with the interviewer. It was a lot about the company's values and goals.
- What's your biggest weakness when it comes to teamwork?
Veterinary Technician
I interviewed for a vet tech job at watauga animal hospital and had a really good experience. Everyone was nice and professional from the start. The interview was detailed but comfortable, and the questions let me show off my skills. They seem to care a lot about their employees and clients, and it felt like a supportive place to work. They explained the hospital's culture, values, and how I could grow there. They seem to focus on animal care and also on helping their team succeed. I'm excited about the possibility of joining such a great organization. I'd recommend applying here to anyone, whether you're experienced or new to being a vet tech. It seems like a place that encourages both career and personal development. Excited for what's next!
- Could you tell me about your experience and where you gained it?
