The people were nice and asked good technical and behavior questions. They went through my CV and asked behavior questions. I gave examples from my previous job and described my decision criteria.

First contact with a recruiter, but the job is directly with the company. Good salary expectations and benefits. Phone call, then same-day interview coordination. Next, direct contact with the company. The first interview is with two people from the recruiting agency that is sourcing candidates for the role you applied for.

I was a contract employee and a recruiter reached out about a job. The recruiting company's process felt a bit long mainly because the recruiter seemed new. There was a phone interview, a phone FaceTime interview, and then an in-person meeting to sort out paperwork. Since it was my first time using a recruiting service, the phone interview part made me nervous, but it got easier after that. Lately though, it feels like my recruiter isn't as focused on finding me a job, and it's only been a few months.
