It was just a screening, and I'm waiting to hear back about the next steps. The screener was professional and did a thorough job. The whole screen took about 30 minutes, with a few minutes at the end for my questions.

It was a three-stage interview process. The first interview was a phone call, the second one was in-person with the supervisor for the role, and the final interview was in-person with the department management. I had to send in a cover letter and my application, but no other online application was needed.

It was a pretty typical interview process for a health non-profit. They asked me a few questions about DEI and my background in HIV work, along with the usual strengths/weaknesses. I reckon this interview would be pretty straightforward for someone with a college degree and just starting out in their career.
