So I started around Thanksgiving with a recruiter call and then a take-home assignment. They took forever to get back to me on the assignment, which really set a slow pace. After that, I had a live technical interview. Then they wanted a full-day panel interview during the holidays. I asked if we could split the panel into different days because my schedule was packed, and they were not very flexible at first. In the first week of the New Year, after doing two parts of the panel interviews, the hiring manager just cancelled the last session at the last minute. Right after that, the recruiter told me I didn't get the job. It's pretty unprofessional to put someone through a take-home and several interview rounds, only to cancel the last one without even finishing the scheduled interviews. If you care about your time, I'd say don't apply here.

Behavioral Case

I had an initial chat with the recruiter, then an interview with the team lead. The final stage was a long one, about 4-5 hours of panel interviews all in one day. They also threw in a hypothetical design thinking challenge, which was just a discussion. A few weeks later, they let me know they went with another candidate.

So I started with a recruiter call, then talked to the hiring manager. After that, I had 2 coding interviews, which were more like practical case studies, not your typical DSA stuff. Then there was a system design interview, and I also met with a Product Manager. Finally, another chat with the hiring manager. All in all, it was a pretty long day, over 6 hours of interviews.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

First, I had an initial chat with a TA rep. Then, they sent over a 'prompt' through Google Docs. This 'prompt' laid out a business problem and asked for my response/solution to 3 questions. They said they'd send the 'prompt' the same day as the TA screening and give me three days to complete it, but it actually arrived two days late, leaving me with very little time, although the task wasn't that hard. Honestly, don't interview here.
