Group Presentation

It was a group interview with easy questions. They also give you a tour of the venue. It was a little delayed because some people were late, but it wasn't a bad experience.

The interview process felt excessive. It started with a phone screen, followed by an in-person interview with two senior managers who have been with the company since its early days. After that, I was informed about a subsequent interview with the director, which frankly, I wouldn't have agreed to if I'd known earlier. It's unfortunate that it felt like a waste of my time, and it seems the higher-ups don't fully trust these senior managers' hiring decisions. They should reconsider normalizing the interview process to one or two rounds, especially if it's not for a director-level position.

I had a few virtual interviews with different people on the team. It felt pretty relaxed and informal. They asked standard questions for this kind of job.

We had a group interview where we had to share some work experiences and other stories from our professional lives. It was important to listen carefully to the questions and what others were saying to know when it was our turn to speak and when to stop.
