Had an initial call with the recruiter, then some online tests, followed by meetings with several team members. In total, the process took about 5-6 hours over several weeks. The offer was for a different role than what I applied for, which wasn't communicated clearly. The compensation offer was also much lower than what the recruiter initially discussed. While the communication could have been better, the teams themselves were great and I had good conversations with everyone.

I put in my application for the internship back in January. About four weeks after applying, I got a call to schedule an interview. I ended up having one interview with two employees, and then another interview a couple of days later with an HR Manager. Overall, it was a good experience, and the people I interviewed with were really nice! The interviews felt welcoming and not too stressful. Just be ready for a lot of on-the-spot situational questions.

First, I talked to the head project manager who was super chill and easy to talk to. They asked me a bunch of scenario questions and about my personal projects and what I've accomplished. Then, I had a brief chat with some of the engineers. We talked about my projects, I showed them my GitHub, and they asked about languages I know, mentioning they really like people with Java and Python experience.
