The interview process was very smooth. Since it was a small team, I got to meet everyone. They were really welcoming, which made the interview feel relaxed. It concluded with a tour of the place. It was a great way to get introduced to the company.

I got contacted by HR about a week after I applied to set up a phone chat with the hiring manager. After that call, they invited me for an in-person interview. It was a panel interview in a meeting room with about five people I'd work with. The whole thing was pretty smooth and simple. They answered my questions and told me about salary and expectations when I asked. The questions they asked were to check my skills and what I expected from the job and company. It didn't feel hard or stressful. Everyone I met was nice, helpful, and responded quickly.

The hiring process was incredibly slow and messy, taking almost 3 months from application to reposting the job. Communication was scarce and unprofessional, with updates via text and slow responses to follow-ups. It took over a month to even get a screening call. After that, multiple follow-ups yielded no concrete next steps until I was told the job description was slightly revised and reposted, despite minimal changes. Even after reposting, I received no updates for over a month post-screening call. This prolonged, disorganized, and poorly communicated process, with indecisive leadership, was a major red flag. I ultimately withdrew my application for a smoother, faster process elsewhere.

So the interview process, there were like various intros, company handbooks, videos on company policies. These are just for a guide, not to utilize. We want to know more of what you can bring to the table than what they will bring to the table. You'll be required to dress beyond your salary.
