The interview process included about two to three interviews, which were conducted over the phone or via Zoom. They asked questions about my resume and past work experience. Specifically, they were interested in my experience with event management and teamwork.

I went through two stages for this role. The first was a standard screening, about 30 minutes, to understand my experience and how it fit, and to learn more about the job. The second interview was to meet the team and talk about the specifics of my background, what the opportunities are, and what challenges the role might face and how I'd solve them. Even though I got to the second stage and the initial experience was good, I didn't hear back for almost a month, then got an automatic rejection. It was disappointing. A suggestion: if a candidate makes it to stage two in a three or four stage process, it'd be helpful to give them feedback.

I had two great interviews and was really looking forward to the third, but then I was totally ghosted by both the hiring manager and HR. I tried following up a bunch, but got nothing back. It's totally fine if I wasn't the right fit or something came up, that happens. But honestly, a quick reply would have been nice. It really shocked me and I was super disappointed by the lack of professionalism, especially from such a big and respected company.

The interview process for this role was pretty easy, not too long or hard. The interviewer was a really nice and helpful person. There were two rounds of interviews when I was hired. The first round involved talking about myself, my previous experience, and why I thought I was a good fit for the job. The second interview focused more on my criminal background. After that, there was a drug screening and they checked my references. Once everything was clear, they let me know I was hired.
