It was a pretty easy interview overall. Nothing too intense, no tests or anything. I just had a one-on-one chat with the hiring manager. She mainly wanted to chat about my background and how I'd fit into the project I'd be working on.

The whole process took about a week to complete. There were 2 in-person interviews and 1 phone call where they asked general IT questions. The focus was mainly on Network Technology and Server Technology. The environment was pretty relaxed, no stress during the interview. They were mostly trying to see if my personality fit with the team.
