The interview process was interesting. It started with a great conversation with the Deputy General Counsel, which was followed by an interview with the Associate General Counsel, which was also a very friendly and smooth experience. Then came the panel interview, which was extremely scripted and bland. The interviewers seemed unprepared, mixing up each other's scripted questions, making it feel awkward. They then ghosted me after I went through the entire interview process, which is unprofessional. If someone dedicates over 4 hours of their time across 3 days, the least they could do is send a rejection email.

It was a 6 assessment process, starting with an initial phone call with HR, then a phone call with the Hiring Manager. After that, I had an online personality assessment. Then there was a panel interview with 4 people including the hiring manager, followed by another panel interview with potential team members. Finally, a phone call with the CTO. The whole thing took 7 weeks.

It started with a screening phone call to go over my experience. Then, three more detailed phone interviews were conducted to dive deeper into my work history. Finally, there was a five-person panel interview where they asked behavioral questions to gauge my personality and how I handle pressure in group settings.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Got a call from the recruiting team to set up a video interview with the VP and Director of Architecture. This video call had some basic behavioral hiring manager screening questions. Later, I was scheduled for an in-person interview that involved 3 parts. There were 2 different panels, and the interview covered technical, behavioral, and leadership topics.
