HR Coordinator
I went through six rounds of interviews over several weeks, which felt excessive for an entry-level role. Most interviews were with engaged team members, and I liked learning more about the role and company. However, the process felt drawn out and disorganized. An interview with the VP was rescheduled last minute, which I accommodated using PTO. The final stakeholder interview was discouraging, as the interviewer hadn't reviewed my resume, trusted her team's judgment, and ended the conversation in under ten minutes. After so much effort, the meeting felt rushed and dismissive, making me question how seriously the company valued candidates' time.

Virtualization Engineer
Started with an initial phone call, then a technical interview via conference call, followed by another technical call. The whole thing was pretty smooth, though a bit weird. The manager interviewed me first and then had me come in person for an onsite. At the onsite, the manager sat with me in a conference room and dialed in a third-party engineer who wasn't from Collogix to interview me. As strange as it was, it got worse when he just sat there staring while I answered questions. The interview went well, and we kept talking. Then, another strange question came up that was essentially answered by saying, 'Yes, I'd throw my colleagues under the bus if they did something wrong.' I moved on and had another interview with a different team member. This person asked me questions that had nothing to do with the job description, which was supposed to be for a VMware engineer. They asked about firewall software, routing and switching, Exchange Server, presales, and a bunch of other nonsensical stuff unrelated to the role. After that, the hiring manager disappeared, and I started getting calls from other companies about the role, mentioning that he had 'upped' the salary because the initial number was unrealistic. On top of that, the job description completely changed, and the role is still open six months later. Good luck working for that manager.

Operations Manager
I had two in-person interviews, one with my future boss and another with a sales colleague. After that, I had several Skype interviews spread out over a month. It's a really thorough process that includes people from sales and the executive team. The whole thing took a while because the role actually changed a bit from when it was first posted to when the interviews finished, and that was because of a few things, including my own background.

Technical Accounting Manager
After a really professional and informative pre-screen chat, I had an interview with the hiring manager, the Sr. Director of Accounting. It was supposed to be 30 minutes, and he was super nice and professional. Then I got a follow-up call checking on my experience and next steps. After that, I had another 30-minute interview with the CAO, who was also very nice and professional. I didn't hear back for a couple of weeks, so I figured they went with someone else, which they did. They called to let me know they liked my application but chose another candidate. It was a really positive experience overall.
