I applied online shortly after the job was posted. I got an email over the weekend and communicated with the HR person. We arranged a phone interview. The first time slot, they totally forgot. So we rescheduled for another day later in the day. We talked for an hour. I thought it went well, but I never heard back. What a waste of time.

I had a phone interview with two people, then a Skype interview, and finally an in-person meeting. After the second phone call, I went to the office to meet the interviewer and the CCO. The CCO was supposed to meet me but had a client issue, so I met with the original interviewer. That meeting was good, they asked standard questions about me and my background. They said the meeting with the Executive would be rescheduled after the team returned from a trip. I followed up a week later and was told they were looking at other candidates before scheduling the in-person meeting with the CCO. I never heard back after that, and my follow-ups were ignored. The first part of the interview process was really fast and looked good, but then I was forgotten and got no response, not even a rejection.

There was a lot of miscommunication during the interview process. I don't think they have a thorough HR department. They didn't schedule the process correctly, which ended up wasting my time. I had another meeting with a different company, so it wasn't a huge deal, but I wouldn't recommend wasting time here. The people seem a bit out of touch. I'm not sure how they even have jobs.

It was dynamic and felt like a good conversation rather than a formal interview. I got along with everyone I met, and the people I spoke with were interesting. They put a lot of emphasis on fit, which seems to be their top priority. It was a positive experience overall.
