First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Collins Foods.
Head of People & Performance
The interview process was smooth. The internal recruiter was amazing and super responsive. My first interview was with the hiring manager and it went well. She was prompt and asked good questions. There was a bit of a delay in getting back to me after this round, but the recruiter kept me in the loop, which I really appreciated.

The interview was a breeze, questions were simple and easy to answer. Nice and very friendly interviewer felt more personalised. The original interview was cancelled due to covid-19 but they fit me back in and were very nice about it.

The interview process involved meeting with the CFO and a manager. Most of the questions were behavioral, like asking about your plans and why you chose the company. They also went through my resume. Both of them were taking notes the whole time.

The interview process felt easy and I got a job offer about a week after. It was a phone call, then I completed some documents online, and started the following week.
