I was contacted on the first day of classes even though the job wasn't affiliated with the university. On the interview day, we met in the student activity center lobby. They presented a binder of info that we couldn't take pictures of or take home. It felt kinda shady, and they said I could be my own boss by recruiting friends, which sounds like an MLM scheme.

The interview process had three steps: a phone screen and two 1-on-1s. The phone screen interviewer asked about my knowledge of the company and my experience with management and people handling. The 1-on-1 interviews were with early, professionally dressed people, though it was a bit strange to meet at a cafe. They were generally friendly and helpful, providing materials for review. I received an offer on the spot after the final interview. It was stressful, but they made the job duties clear.
