I applied online. It took about a week to get a response. Then I had an appointment with the HR coordinator. We just talked about the interview process itself, not my resume. A week after that, I had a panel interview over Zoom. There were 7 people from different departments who watched and listened while I answered 13 questions during a 40-minute interview. Everyone was really nice and didn't talk much.

The interview process is very structured and formal. You can only answer what they ask and can't ask questions. They put you at the head of the table, and the committee members ask questions one by one. They then rank you based on your answers, add up the scores, and the highest scorer moves on. It feels very impersonal, and there's no real way to learn from it because the procedure is so closed off.

I applied and heard back about 2 months later for an initial interview. Before that, I had a 30-minute skills assessment on Microsoft Word and Excel. Trying to look things up online for Excel doesn't really help, they ask questions directly related to the job, but it wasn't too hard. Then, I got the actual interview questions and had 15 minutes to jot down key points. The interview itself was 50 minutes long with 6 people who took turns asking questions. The next day, I got a call for a second interview, which was 45 minutes and I didn't see the questions beforehand. About a week later, they let me know they offered the job to someone else.

It took me about 4 months from applying to get an interview, and then another couple weeks for the final one. Waiting for replies was long, but once they started, it was fast. The first interview was with a 6-person panel, which was a bit nerve-wracking, but they gave me the 11 questions beforehand, so I felt more prepared. Before that, I had to do a performance assessment where I was given a scenario and had to explain the steps I'd take. This took 30 minutes. They were very nice while I waited and even offered water, which was a thoughtful gesture.
