First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at College of Coastal Georgia.
Assistant Professor
The interview process was pretty standard. It took a very long time to get an interview, and then I had to wait to hear back about the in-person interview. I was interviewed by five people in the department, and then I had interviews with the dean, the Provost, and the President.
- What draws you to the College of Coastal Georgia?
Police Officer
I put in my application on the company's website and heard back about an interview a month later. The interview itself was a group panel, and then I got a call with the offer exactly one week after that. The whole process was pretty straightforward.
- What makes you want to join the College of Coastal Georgia?
- Describe a time you dealt with a difficult coworker and explain how you managed the situation.
Administrator
The interview process was okay, but they never called back or gave me an update, even after promising an update every time I followed up. It's been a year, and I'm still unsure if the position was filled or not. There's no reason to keep people waiting so long when they're putting other things on hold to focus on your organization.
- I'm filling this out to have access to view Glassdoor. The interview was fine, I don't remember the questions. They just never followed back up.
