College Internship Program Interview Questions
& Process

It was a very friendly process, but ultimately they didn't hire anyone. They ask easy questions, but it feels like a scam. Work hard and succeed with your skills, not by going to mass companies. First, there was an online assessment on a really bad website, and then an interview.

It was super straightforward and honestly one of the best interview processes I've been through! I felt I was well-prepared and managed to earn a lot of respect from the boss, which eventually made me feel well-respected too. I really enjoyed the part where I got to give tours and focus on being presentable.

The interview process was super weird. I had three interviews: two online and one in person. The first two were in one week, and the last one was the following Tuesday. The first two went well; I felt good about them, especially the second one, which felt more like a vibe check than a real interview. But the third one, the in-person one, looking back, was strange. Everything seemed fine during the interview, the interviewer even joked I had the job, which was unprofessional given how it ended. They said I'd hear back by the end of that week, but I didn't. I waited another whole week, then another. Two weeks passed, so I followed up. They said I'd get news the next week. That week also passed with no word. So, I waited another week. Beginning of the fourth week, I reached out again. This time, I got a short email saying the job was filled. The long silence and having to chase them for an update was frustrating and disappointing, and it made me question the work culture. Having to follow up just to be told I didn't get it felt disrespectful, like they forgot about me. If that wasn't the case, they should have at least kept their word and updated us the week they promised, or at least let us know it would take longer. Overall, like I said, it was unprofessional and a bizarre experience.

There were three rounds of interviews. First, I spoke with an HR rep. Then, I met with the assistant director and a staff member. The last interview was with the program director. Most of the discussion focused on my previous experience with students and how I'd handle different situations.
