Technical Coding System Design

The interview process was pretty straightforward with 3 stages. First, a 30-minute recruiter screen. Then, a Codesignal assessment. Finally, a technical panel interview covering OOP and systems design. My recruiter was nice and helpful, and the process was handled smoothly with quick responses.

Behavioral Technical

I reached out to the recruiter and they responded to me quickly. The recruiter call was not very professional. In the middle of the call, their background was blurred, and an adult woman obviously walked in with a towel after getting out of the shower. I was shocked to say the least at how insane that was to witness. I was moved forward to the second round and answered well to the rapid fire questions. I was pretty disappointed with the level of the interview and their description of their technical problems -- the role and team presents as a place where you would not grow as an individual. I was told by the recruiter they would get back to for a round three and was ghosted. I never followed up as it does not seem like a place that I can grow or learn from knowledgable

Behavioral Technical

Phone screen with recruiter asking general background questions about experience. Then a technical interview with the hiring manager for culture fit, including behavior questions (no technical ones). I think they do two more panel interviews, one remote and one onsite after that. I was rejected after the technical interview.
