After applying early through an Indeed job alert, I was contacted by a recruiter within 3 days. The interview process moved quickly, with each stage matching the website's description: a recruiter screen, a hiring manager interview, a job exercise, and a panel interview. The interviews were mostly behavioral, focusing on my personality and work style. I discovered the role was more akin to an Executive Assistant than advertised, which wasn't quite what I was looking for. Although I didn't receive an offer, the feedback was positive. Overall, it was a good experience.

The process involved a recruiter call, then a hiring manager call, followed by a take-home assignment or project. Finally, there was a panel interview. The whole thing took less than a month from the recruiter call to the decision, and about 5 weeks from applying to the decision. The recruiter knew a lot about the job, and everyone was nice. The take-home had coding questions, but the interviews focused more on how you think and communicate.

I had an initial phone screen that went pretty well. The person I spoke with said they would pass my resume along to the hiring manager, but after two months, I never heard back. My application status in the portal said "in process" for several weeks, so I'm not sure what the point of a portal is if no one updates it. I ended up withdrawing my application because I was tired of waiting to hear back either way.
