The interview process was lengthy from the start. They didn't even offer water. The interview started 40 minutes late, creating a bad vibe right away for everyone in that cold room.

Wow, a bunch of interviews! Started with a phone screen, then a call with the hiring manager, followed by an in-person meeting with the VP out in Reston. Then, an afternoon in New York with three more in-person interviews. Finally, another phone interview. It all happened over about a month. Everyone was really nice, even though Glassdoor reviews said otherwise. I put in a lot of effort and thought it was going well, but got rejected a few days after the last interview, which was a bummer. On the bright side, they did let me know I didn't get the job and did it pretty quickly, which is more than some places do. So, that's something.

I found out about the company from a Recruiter who set up a phone interview. During that call, they asked me to talk about myself and explain why I'm a good fit. I was given a work situation question, and they said there's no right or wrong answer, just that they wanted to see my analytical and problem-solving thinking. The next week, I met with the hiring manager one-on-one. A few days after that, I interviewed with his manager. About two days later, I got the offer.
