First, there was a one-on-one phone screen. Then, we had a group interview with about 4-5 other candidates. In this round, each of us got asked a question or two and then we were asked to give feedback on others' answers. The last step was an individual interview with a potential school placement.

The interview process was pretty long, had 3 parts. First a phone call, which was super easy. Then a group interview where we had to read and talk about an article. Lastly, an individual interview with role-playing and questions about my past experiences. It was kinda hard but still fun.

It was pretty standard. They had three rounds. The first was a meeting with one of the directors. The second round was a group interview where they gave us scenarios to respond to. The last interview was at a school site placement.

There was a very brief initial phone call. After that, I had about an hour-long Zoom meeting with the Director and Assistant Director(s). Next, I had another interview with the Assistant Director and the school supervisor I'd be working with. You were interviewed by about 6 schools. After that, I had to rank my top 3 high schools I was interested in.
