First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Collective Medical.
Sales Associate
Had 2 phone screens with internal recruiters, then a phone screen with the regional sales manager. After that, I had a video interview with the head of sales. It was going fine until the video screen with the head of sales. He was very unprofessional, wearing a hat, looking at his watch the whole time, and seemed annoyed to be there. He showed up 10 minutes late, saying he had to close sales before the end of the year. He seemed overworked and unhappy in his role. I suspect he will leave by Summer 2020. The regional head of sales was similar, seeming overworked, tired, and lacking any enthusiasm for the company or its mission.

Implementation Specialist
It was an easy and convenient interview process. They kept me in the loop about everything, so it was transparent. I got to talk to a bunch of different people from the company. My interviews really gave me a good sense of what it would be like to work there and what the culture is like. I felt like I'd fit in well with the culture and that my skills were a good match for what they needed.
- What makes you want to work for this company?
Digital Marketing Specialist
It included two phone interviews initially, then I had in-person interviews with three different teams. After that, reference checks were done. Overall, it was a really well-thought-out process and went smoothly. Unfortunately, the position was eliminated due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
- What are some common interview questions?
- Can you provide some feedback on the company?
- What is the outlook for this job?
Executive Assistant
It started with a phone interview, then I met with a small group. After passing that, I had two more interviews, and then a final one. I was mostly happy with it, but it was hard to find time to come in on so many different days with my work schedule.
- Can you share an instance where you managed numerous projects simultaneously?
