The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I had an HR call to check if I met the basic criteria and if it all made sense. Then, I talked to the hiring manager to discuss the role and see if it was a good fit for me. After that, there was a more technical interview where they asked really relevant questions about the industry to assess my strategic knowledge.

I submitted my application through their website and received an email back in under a week. After responding, I scheduled a 30-minute audio Zoom call. The HR representative was very pleasant, and the call felt more like a conversation than an interview.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. The first step was a phone call with HR where we went over my general qualifications and interest in the role, discussed salary, and I got to ask them any questions. The second and last interview was with my potential manager and their manager. They asked about my performance media knowledge and then posed some situational questions, such as how I'd prioritize tasks if I had limited time to complete a set amount of work.

The interview felt very unprofessional, the interviewer seemed disengaged, reading from a script and then ghosted me after. It's bad form to promise a follow-up and then not respond after a few attempts.
