Had an initial phone call that was nice and gave me a good idea of the company and the pay. Then I had an in-person with some of the staff which was friendly. They all asked a couple questions in a specific order and let me ask a lot of questions too.

The interview process was really long; it took about five months from when they first got my application until the interview. But the interview itself was a great experience. The seven people on the interview team were super collaborative and humble.

Behavioral Presentation Other

The interview process was a bit all over the place. People were talking over each other, and the remote connection kept cutting out. It was hard to follow the questions because they had multiple parts without any visual aids, and some questions were repeated. They also didn't give much info about classroom routines or how they handle student behavior.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Could you explain how you make sure to differentiate instruction for your students?
  • How would you handle and manage crisis situations in the classroom?
