Four rounds of interviews occurred. One round involved me giving a presentation. The interviews were great conversations and gave me a chance to get to know the team before accepting. Onboarding and certification took a few months after starting.

I went through 4 interviews for this role, and it took about 3 weeks from beginning to end. It was mostly behavioral interviews with lots of questions about scenarios and my experience. The recruiter was communicative and timely, and everyone I interviewed with was really nice.

Got reached out to because of my online profile to talk to their team. I had interviews with a sourcer, recruiter, Engagement Manager, and Team Lead. Got good feedback at every step. When we got to the last stage, they told me they needed someone with Workday experience right now. Even though this lack of experience was something they noted on my resume before interviews started, it only became an issue at the very end after I had already spent several hours on the process.

I had a 30-minute phone call, then a 30-minute Skype call the next day. They let me know the results within 3 days. It wasn't super technical, we mostly talked about what areas I was interested in and what benefits they offered.
