First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Collabera Digital.
Network Engineer
The interview process included a simple Aptitude Test first. Then, there were questions about networking concepts, like 'what is DNS'. The last round was an HR interview, where they asked personal questions such as 'Tell me about your family', 'What is the role of your Mother?', and 'When did you last celebrate your birthday?', focusing mainly on communication and English speaking skills.
- Could you tell me about yourself and what DNS is?
- Tell me about your family.
- What is the role of your Mother?
Data Analyst
The interview process started with an initial call via viber with HR, which was pretty straightforward. After that, I was given an exam to complete and submit within an hour. The next stage, after passing the exam, involved meeting with key personnel from the company and the client I would be working with. Even though I didn't get the offer, the HR person was very clear and easy to communicate with.
- Can you tell me about your experience in this field?
Frontend Developer
The whole interview process took about 12 days. There were 2 rounds in total. I had to keep following up for updates. They told me one more round was left and I was hopeful, but then their HR mentioned the project was on hold. It's really frustrating when companies waste people's time with uncertain projects, especially when I've been jobless for a while and really need a job. It feels like my time was wasted with false hopes.
- Were there any coding questions?
- Were there questions about JavaScript?
Service Delivery Manager
The interview process with Collabera was pretty organized and professional. It was good that the interviewers were on time and ready, and they really knew the job and what was needed. It felt like a respectful chat where I could talk about my skills. They also kept me in the loop with clear emails and quick feedback, so I always knew what was going on. The interview itself was set up well to cover my skills and what I've done. The questions they asked were spot on, mixing in both technical stuff and how I handle different situations.
- Can you share an instance where you collaborated with a team on a project delivery?
