I got an email to schedule a phone interview for the Research Associate role. The first interview was a phone call, which was pretty straightforward. They asked questions and gave some feedback and follow-ups. It wasn't super tough but felt a bit tedious. They didn't share a lot of details about the company or the job itself during the interview.

Behavioral

The first interview involves an introduction to the role and then a discussion about how your previous experience aligns with the position. While not a difficult interview, reviews suggest the work itself isn't very challenging either, more of a sales-oriented telecommunications and headhunting job. The online job description is a bit misleading, making it seem like a genuine research role, but they are upfront about the job's actual nature during the interview.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process started with a telephone interview with an Account Manager, followed by a meeting with the Director of the London Office. The second round was an in-person meeting with a Senior Account Manager. Although the process was straightforward, it took about a month to receive an offer.
